these guys are the best! Genuine, honest guys who go above and beyond to help you get your computer back on track! My laptop has been running terribly slow so I called Andy, he did a free, YES, FREE diagnostic test to it to see if he could resolve the problem. unfortunately it was my hard drive, it was dying. and without an issue even though they were busy, I had my laptop back working the same afternoon! can't say enough good things about Tame That Computer!
