Thanks so much for taking such good care of Sibelius & Buddy, they look healthy with lovely shiny coats and when we arrived to pick them up after our two week holiday they were both comfy and content in their spacious accomodation. You guys are wonderful!

The team at the Cat Motel are a wonderful collection of warm and friendly people who have a genuine passion for looking after cats. The facilities are clean and welcoming, and each cat has a generous amount of space to temporarily call their own without being too overwhelmed by the other cats.

We dropped off our 19 year old cat for a month long stay with the Cat Motel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Trinity was well looked after, and any requests I made for her care were respected. The team were easy to get in contact with and were more than happy to send me updates and photos while I was away. Every interaction I had with the team here was super personalised - I never felt like they were just dealing with a random cat. Furthermore when I needed to extend Trinity's stay for a couple of extra days this was no issue. I have to especially mention Kadence, who was an absolute delight to deal with at every stage of Trinity's stay :)

My precious little cat Harry returns from a stay at The Cat Motel in such beautiful condition. His coat (very long) is brushed to a gleam. He seems settled, relaxed, neither overfed nor underfed. The first time he was nervous entering his temporary home- but now he seems to remember and just walks in, checks out the arrangements and, sometimes, watches me leave. I've visited him mid-stay and he just seems perfectly happy. What peace of mind. Thank you Rhianne and your superb team.

The service here is exceptional! I had made an error with my booking and showed up with cat in hand only to discover he was not booked in. Ladies very calm - no blame or deflection. Did everything they could to make arrangements. They know every cat's personality and what makes them special as individuals. Would not take Smudge anywhere else!

I have been using The Cat Motel for several years now and like my cats I am more than happy with them. My cats are always calm and relaxed and happy to see me when I collect them. They take care of the animals and provide updates when im wondering how they are. My birds also stay with them.

We have been using cat motel for over ten years and the girls (and guys occasionally) at cat motel love what they do. When you pick up your cats they take the time to describe your cats personality and behaviors to you....and of course are spot on. You can't do this just feeding. They truly love their guests!

Very happy with the service, caring staff that helped Henry settle in. They must have looked after him too well as he didn't really want to come home!
