i went to this store to get some treats for my dog and ask the sales lady about arthritis that my vet advised me my dog was suffering from. She took the time to show me how to massage my dogs back to relieve some pain.
What I found most impressive was just simple great advise without the up sell I've experienced else were.

Oh there fresh meat products are processed on the premises just like a butcher or deli and my dog prefers it even over meat from my butcher!!!

I visited this pet shop while I had some time to spare in between appointments in Tullamarine. The staff were so helpful and showed me a few new dog toys that they had in stock - I ended up buying one for each of my doggies. Great products, great service A+

Wonderful service here. I was buying an extra large dog kennel and a scratching post tower, as they were all large cost items and I was buying bulk dog food in with that, they gave me a nice discount. Very friendly and honest staff. They home delivered that day within the hour of purchase. Dog and cat food are at a great price for bulk. Will defiantly be gong back here.
