Terry and his staff have been looking after shadow (English Cocker Spaniel) since we moved to Bundaberg last year. Could not ask for better service. Shadow is always happy to see Terry at the front door when he comes to pick him up and he is always returned to me looking fantastic. I can not praise these guys enough. I would highly recommend Totally Clips to anyone that wants Professional reliable service with the love and attention that all our furbabies deserve.

The service I receive at Totally Clips Pet Styling Salon is what I would expect from a high class salon in some big city establishment for the rich and famous, only difference being the cost. How these guys can provide such an amazing service for my Jacq and leave me with change in my pocket is beyond me. I know they treat her well by the way she is straight out the door and into the van when ever Terry arrives to pick her up. I love my little doggie and couldn't just trust anybody with her, in just minutes of talking with these guys I knew she was going to be more than just a number in a queue and in the hands of genuine professionals.

Took my dog here and when I returned I couldn't believe that it was the same dog I dropped off. Staff are very friendly and explained all my options regarding length of haircut and best shampoo for my dogs skin. Highly recommended

As you know, the dog is a mans bestfriend. If you want your bestfriend to look and smell amazing, I recommend this business. I have sent my puppy here since she was 8 weeks old, she is now 2! I have always had a good experience with them and so has my pooch. The staff are lovely and the prices are affordable. They have a free pick up and drop off service, the business is air conditioned, and they also sell a wide range of products.
