We have used A Bit of IT for work on our small business server, workstations and other office equipment integration.
We have now been using Ben for more than a year and intend to continue, he respects and understands your budget and makes recommendations accordingly. I've used 4 different IT companies in four years, finally we feel settled, secure, appreciated, respected and best of all never ripped off, which I cant say for the predecessors.

I contacted Ben a couple of weeks ago about some issues I've been having with my MacBook Pro. He got back to my initial email straight away and across the past couple of weeks has taken a huge amount of time to promptly reply in lengthy detail to my queries. He has provided both an array of prices and advice during our interactions. Sadly I am unable to get the work done straight away due to some financial constraints on my end but I still wanted to leave this review so that people know what a great experience I've had with Ben thus far. He is a fantastic communicator who seems highly trustworthy and knowledgeable in his area of expertise.
PLEASE NOTE: Although I haven't actually paid for Ben's services as yet, I have still given him high ratings in the areas of Quality and Value, as the hardware he is recommending is of a higher quality than other businesses have suggested and his hourly rate is also very reasonable in comparison.

My room mate needed more RAM, I e-mailed Ben after hours asking what he could do. He replied to me at 8.50pm! He had sourced everything needed before I received the e-mail, however my room mate could not afford it, as the Laptop is very old and not Worth the upgrade. Would recommend Ben for future I.T. needs.

I had an issue with data recovery on an external hard drive. I have a WD 2TB external hard drive which seems to have gone on the blink and needed to recover as much as I could. I also asked how much this would cost.
I was informed of a really low cost to actually repair the fault, if it could be repaired. If the fault couldn't be repaired, then it wouldn't cost me anything in this instance.

I have a problem in my toshiba laptop screen . I could not get it done because of expensive part. Ben is Excellent...highly recommend.
