A Pooch Parlour

I took my 6 month old puppy Teddy for his first haircut to Pooch Parlour in Doncaster East and was very happy when I picked him up. I was very specific with what I wanted and Bree listened to exactly what I wanted and Margaret did an amazing job. Teddy was cut exactly how I asked him to be and was so soft and fluffy. Hair cut was very even. Margaret's prices are very affordable as I called other dog groomers in the area and they were way more expensive. I will definietly take Teddy back to Pooch Parlour!

Unfortunately did not find the experience very positive with this home based business. It took way longer then the time quoted, 7 hours compared to not having to leave my dog for more then 4-5hrs elsewhere with staff that seemed too hurried and occupied to speak to a first time customer, or offer a courtesy call to inform delay with pickup time. Most importantly disappointed with the result of grooming of my dog, was expecting more professional results for the time and price it took, also for the amount of experience they advertise.

Have been a customer for over 10 years and would not go anywhere else. Attention to detail and very caring. On the odd occasion when I have had to try someone else (on holiday) I have been very disappointed and now make sure I book early. As my dog has gotten older and more cantankerous A Pooch Parlour have worked with me to make it a pleasant and stress free experience. Can not recommend them more highly.
