Great service, great communication, on time and good prices. Arif rang on Saturday and said he had the part for my dryer, that afternoon it was fixed.

After a long day and being stuck in traffic Arif still fulfilled his commitment and arrived to fix my freezer late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and professional, fixed my freezer and insisted on tidying up when he had finished. I have no hesitation in recommending Arif.

I have a multi-electric oven, and it broke one morning and no oven. We rang Arif, he was very prompt and came the next day. While he was looking at it he rang to see if the part was available and they no longer make that part. He took it away to fix but unfortunately it was badly damaged and could not be fixed. I gave him the rest of the oven for parts and we bought another oven. He dropped by to pick up the parts and saw the oven and said I will put your oven in for you. My husband was home and they did it together. He is very cheap and very good and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Thank you Arif.

He is very pleasant and careful.

I have a Condenser Dryer that wasnt working . I called Arif at 8:30 in the morning , he arrived 2 hours later . The dryer had to be taken away for repairs and to get the parts required .
I was very happy with the repair and the price , happy to recommend him .

Arif came round on the same day I called. My washing machine kept tripping the electricity off.
Arif quickly found the problem with my washing machine and repaired it. I would definitely recommend him.

My front loading washing machine door latch was broken, and I'd been told by other firms that it could not be fixed for a reasonable price. Also the machine wasn't cleaning as well has it had in the past. Arif fixed the door, and identified that the pump wasn't working properly, replaced the pump. I'm really happy with this service, Arif was prompt and quick - My washing machine is like new. I'll be using Arif next time the dishwasher needs a service. Highly recommend this firm

I called to get a price on a part and call out fee. Arif said he will call back in 20min to see if he can get the part needed to fix my washing machine. Less than 20min later he calls back to give me the price. Next day he came on time, very pleasant and professional to deal with and sorted my washing machine. My fridge was leaking water and wasn't sure why. Arif came to see us on time and very quickly figured out what was wrong and how to fix it which he did. 6 months on and had no issues at all with my fridge. Arif is a lovely guy and very customer service focussed.

Washing machine not pumping water, so new pump was installed. Called him back because water was leaking, but turns out it was lint clogging the drain holes. All fixed and no charge - can't do better than that! Also fixed non-working oven - replaced part and all good now! Arif a very personable fellow and went out of his way to offer great customer service.
