AA Bathroom Renovations/Big A Palmyra were a dream (a very good one!) to deal with. Robert came instantly to quote despite that they are busy - he is very well organised. Barbara in the show room is superb, her experience and knowledge shows & she really knows the products and what works well together. She is also lovely with a great sense of humour! Once we selected products, the job was immediately underway, Robert oversees the most impressive and professional group of tradies we have encountered. They were focussed, polite, considerate and at the end of day left the place impeccable. As I write our job is nearly done, only 6 weeks from when we first walked in to their showroom, and that was with us causing delays adjusting our job and them having a week off (they had a holiday planned which we were told about at the time of quoting) We are really pleased with it - we replaced a small, early 80s low quality bathroom with a sleek new one, even fitting in a spa bath where we once had a child's size bath. Robert was patient at the start as we added our laundry & toilet area to the job, coming back to do additional quotes.
I cant really comment on comparative prices or value, as we didnt delve too deeply, but we felt we got good quality products compared to past renos; for the first time we werent overseeing our own job or bargain hunting as we simply didnt have time and would be away for much of the reno; we felt very comfortable and trusting of this business in our absence in our home as from the outset as we were dealing with the owners direct, & this trust proved to be justified. (We were walk ins, having never been there before; a leak in the old bathroom made it a spontaneous decision). Robert is highly organised with great pride in his business, is friendly and is very good at all communications.
