Vertical blinds installed this morning by Jim. The place looks fantastic. Clean up was great and Jim was an absolute pleasure. On time, friendly and did a beautiful, professional job. Pathetic. Poor quality and worse service. Don't turn up when they say they will. Miss measured vertical drapes AND replaced them 3 times. The curtains are 1 inch higher than the vertical drapes they are supposed to be covering and after 3 months venitians wont go down. Got whole house done and not one of the rooms was right. Called this morning to ask why they didnt turn up. They promised to call me back.. never did. When i called them i got hung up on!!

I submitted an online enquiry and the next day I received a phone call from ABC to arrange a free measure & quote for the following day. The blind was installed one week later and looks great. Friendly and professional service from start to finish.

I signed up for roller blinds to my bedroom window, and panel blinds to a courtyard slider and laundry slider. The first installation failed to deliver everything i ordered, after the original installer forgot the panel sliders, i was happy with the service, quality and workmanship of both installers especially Jim who installed the panel binds who was apologetic for his colleagues mistake and more importantly made sure he show me the specifics of these blind. However disappointed with response in the office who seemed unconcerned that i would be put out by a second date, having to leave work early. Sad that the contractors working for ABC provided the better customer service.

Gavin the sales consultant was efficient and was able to see us after hours which was very convenient. He gave us good advice and should a big range of samples. Within a couple of days of confirmation we were called to lock in an installation date which was one a week ahead. Jim the installer was terrific got on with his job and everything looked terrific. A faultless experience throughout.

The first measurement was not correct so ABC recut the blinds and installed them promptly. Gary the installer was very quick and professional.

Although the waiting time (from ordering to installation) to have our indoor shutters and bi-fold doors installed was a little lengthy, the installer, Kyle, was excellent. He was pleasant and efficient.

Hi there. I just received my vertical blinds yesterday, Although I had to wait 21 days before I got them which a bit long, but I think it was a fair waiting since the blinds were customized to fit exactly to my windows dimension. I had installed them today and they worth every single day of waiting. In addition to they lovely finishing and the easy way to install, They put an extra blind strip as a spare one, Plus a same material strip that fitted to the front head of the rail frame ( looked awesome). I strongly recommend everyone I know to buy their brand, Simply those people Knows what they are doing. Thanks Guys

Exceptional service & staff that are willing to go the extra mile! Our large order of blinds were available quickly & installed. x2 blinds had to be returned for different reasons, however our installer Jim, came back on his day off to install before our house warming party that weekend. Great communication from all staff. Would highly recommend :-)

I organized for ABC blinds to quote me for 3 vertical blinds on my sliding doors. The consultant Ralph Caccamo was very helpful and explained small things like the skirting boards might interfere with the way the slats blocked out the side light coming in. I placed my order and told them they were about $70 dearer than a competitor and they matched their price. 2 days after ordering they rang to book installation within just over a week! Very fast turnaround. Once installed I noticed the stitching on the slats seemed to be very poorly finished. I didn't do anything about it until I saw the spare slats which were sent out to me were completely different (the stitching). A fitter was sent back out to try and fix the problem but he decided to have all three blinds remade. They were refitted within the week. VERY happy with the way the "problem" was sorted out - it seemed to be some problem with the new machine the slats were manufactured on. Will definitely recommend!
