First time at a laundromat so I have nothing to compare to but I found them to fulfil my expectations. It was $10 for a bag, I have seen some for $15 elsewhere so seems like an average price. I dropped it off around 11 and picked it up just after 2pm so they were pretty efficient and pleasant. Most importantley all the washing was clean, so overall a successful trip.
