My husband tried to book online but it said to call if you have flu-like symptoms, so he did the right thing and called. The receptionist did not ask a single question about his flu-like symptoms or even if he as been covid tested and simply booked him in for the next day.
The next day he turns up on time for his appointment and has to wait outside (every other medical center I know of opened their waiting rooms two months ago!). A receptionist finally comes out and tells him that he can't see a doctor because he isn't a regular customer!
He tries to argue this and she says he can book him in for the afternoon...
Because yeah, lets make the sick person who should be at home resting make two 40 minute round trips (not including waiting and appointment time) for no reason when he already has a perfectly good booking and not to mention... he has been attending this clinic for over 5 YEARS!!!

This is the place to come if your regular GP is closed or booked out, I wouldnt suggest it become your family doctor!
The doctors are good, nice and friendly and you get what you need, but there is no "relationship" so to speak.
More a place to get a prescription.
They have this bizarre medicare system where you sign a paper claim form and then the cheque gets mailed to you and you have to get it back to the clinic.
There is a $20 out of pocket / upfront payment on the weekends and public holidays and $10 all other times.
Usually can get an appointment quickly.

Approximate cost: $20

Appointments available all the time, there could be a small wait. Small problems are dealt with well but long term problems maybe find another doctor. Bulk billed. X-ray onsite.

this place is good when you can't get it anywhere else. its open late & on weekends. the good thing is there is xray there so if you think you have broken something see a doctor then get an xray onsite then see the doctor again. they bulk bill before 5pm after that i think its $20. be prepared to wait a while it can get very busy.

This surgery is good for those times when you need a doctor quick or after normal hours and you cannot get an appointment with your own. You can make appointments or just turn up and wait for you turn. The doctors seem fine although not overly thorough. I would recommend this surgery for non urgent medical attention, eg colds and flus, medical certificates.
