ACME 1 Windows & Doors

Worst supplier ever - windows leak, appalling after service. Over $30k worth of so called premium windows & most of them leak every single time it rains. Don't expect that anyone from this company will ever take any responsibility for their shonky product either!

Have purchased brand new windows and doors from them now that bricks are up, black protection tape removed, so many more problems with joins and gaps, management have been to look and tell me that if I had them made again, they will be the same as they are made by machines. Funny how the machine can join one corner perfect and the other has up to 2ml gaps. Some square joins are cut 2-3ml short and/or crooked. Over 50% of my $60,000 worth of windows and doors have issues. My windows are not same quality as those in the showroom. Would NOT recommend.

Purchased a shower screen and a security door from ACME 1. Well made & good quality products. Show room displaying different options and Sharyn is very knowledgeable about the products they supply.
