Smashed the screen of my Note 2 while overseas and it was in bad shape after 6 weeks of use. Matt imediately knew what to do and even identified other problems (faulty battery and glitchy software) before I told him about it. My phone was repaired within a day and he even put a new screen protector on for free. Would strongly recommend and am definitly returning next time I need a phone repaired.

Dropped my HTC XL & damaged the screen. They had the parts in stock & Matt promptly replaced the screen overnight & posted it back the next day as I live in regional area.
