We used API twice for pre-purchase inspections. Andrew was impeccable in his work, with keen attention to detail and was able to point out uncommon tidbits of knowledge regarding the properties that other inspectors may not know (e.g. common practices of property construction during the time period of construction for older properties which can be cause for concern in our current day & age). As I am quite meticulous, the comprehension in his work allowed me to weigh up the pros and cons of the properties and make a well informed decision. I believe you will be safe under his care should you choose to move forward with his services.
