I’ve been a member for over a year now and still I’m impressed with this fitness centre. The instructors are very professional, supportive and friendly. The place is clean and the atmosphere is great. The gym goers are great people to make friends with. Plus, the facilities and equipment are to boot. If you are dying to achieve your health and fitness goal, then Activ8 Health and Well-Being Bar is a good venue to start.
