A massage that had me close to tears for the most part even though I kept saying it was hurting, disputes bordering on an argument about my fully trained and accredited physiotherapists ability to diagnose and treat me, an obsession with having my shoulder scanned, and a general attitude that did not leave me feeling I was a valued client. He told me I would be sore the next day, but I was not expecting to wake up in pain where I have never experienced pain for years. I am literally aching all over. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Michael is great! His expertise and genuine concern that he shows for his patients is amazing. We have never had an issue he can't fix! Definitely recommend.

I Have had amazing results with my arthritic feet , (Cold Laser Treatment) along with Chiro and Massage. Everything is explained in full and as the treat you. The Staff are all Friendly and Rod and Cherine run a very good business. Nice to be almost free from pain.

Rob is amazing! He explained things clearly. He took the time to answer all my questions. My neck was almost pain free after 1 visit!
He gave me exercises to do at home, which were very manageable to implement in my busy house with 3 young kids.

A few years ago after seeing several Drs, cardiologists and a neurologist due to frequent blackouts and fit like episodes I was told to try physio and immediately I felt tension and pain released from my neck & shoulders. After a few months the blackouts stopped, the continual feeling of being lethargic and even having blurred vision at times stopped. I cannot express how greatful I am for the treatment I've received. All staff are lovely and in particular Michael has gone above and beyond in putting in time to really develop a treatment plan that suits my individual needs. I highly recommend Active Back Care. If you told me physio was what would heal me 3 years ago I would have struggled to believe you, but it did!

My son has chiropractic treatments at active back care with chiropractors Cherine and Rod, they are very nice and explain clearly about problem my son has and what we could do to improve his health situation . We see them one month now, I found them very professional and helpful.

I had a very long term problem with my feet, legs, knees and back and it was worsening. I had many xrays,been to many doctors, two specialists, a physio, a chiropractor (who helped when things got really bad) and three podiatrists. I was resigned with having to 'manage' the pain. I reluctantly went to Active Back Care on a recommendation of a friend. I was desperate but a little hopeful as my friend spoke so highly of them and as there was a chiropractor as well as a physio who worked in with each other. The chiropractor ,Rod, was up front about my condition and made no promises. In fact I think he was rather daunted, however between Chriro,Physio,Massage and Accupuncture they have eliminated all the back pain, and made a big difference to other pain levels as well as sorting out why orthotics never worked for me. Michael the physio was really good and has even made up orthotics that work! They're always on time and the receptionists are great. I could not speak more highly of these guys. They were up front, honest, interested, thorough and humble enough to say, "I can't do any more for you but one of my partners should be able to help you." I am recommending them to anyone I can.

In the seven years or more that I have been a client of Active Back Care, I have found the entire team to be the most courteous, customer focused and highly skilled group of professionals. I have had back problems for years and have tried many different physios, exercises etc with absolutely no success and just accepted that I would have to live with chronic back pain for years. When we moved I found Active Back Care only a couple of minutes away and since going to Michael (the physio) and Mel (massage therapist) my back has never been better. Michael is without one of the best physios I have ever been to and is also an expert in acupuncture. Mel gives one of the best massages ever and although difficult to get into her, it is worth the wait. I would go to no-one else. Another great thing is that you hardly ever have to wait, which is a rare occurrence with any medical appointments. Highly recommended in every aspect.
