I had Rod and his team to install insulation and roof vent for my old house. I am very pleased with the job done and the price is reasonable. But after a few weeks, we had some heavy down pour here and one of the rooms had water dripping down from the ceiling. I gave Rod a call, and to my surprise he agreed to come over one day and check it out for me. And he did come and fixed the broken roof titles for me. He also gave me advise on getting some 2nd hand titles. I really appreciate your work and highly recommend Active Vac

We used Rod and his Activ Vac boys for a very large job at our property, spending 10+ days total on site (gutter / drain vacuum, cleaning attic space, vacuuming attic, new attic insulation, roof pressure clean and roof re-bed, re-point and external ventilators installation.) we thought the job will be a disturbance and a nightmare, but it was the complete opposite, they carried out the job very professionally and thoroughly, we were always kept up to date and they provided us with a fixed quote up front which they stood by, they even undertook jobs outside the scope while still holding the fixed price. We highly recommend Activ Vac to any one seeking a reliable contractor that provides a high standard of work with competitive pricing.

The Active Vac team done an excellent job removing the old insulation, along with an old water tank, and then vacuuming and insulating our roof. The overall experience was excellent as the team was friendly and very accomodating. Very happy with the end outcome, and we felt we got value for our money.

We recently had about 100 years of dust vacuumed from our roof and new insulation put in. I also wanted LED lights installed and Rod was excellent in discussing the process and talking me through LED lighting options, he also sourced these for me and dropped them over. I felt very confident that the Active Vac team knew all the necessary safety requirements and potential issues with insulation and light heating. This was very clear following conversations with a few other contractors who really gave no advice on the subject or just seemed unsure about the issues. ( I had read up before hand from a NSW Gov site about the process so knew what the contractor should have been telling me.) Thanks for the great job Rod and team.

Very good reliable and efficient

The Active Vac team did a great job! Best of all, they took pictures and gave me updates via picture text while I was at work. The before and after pictures speak for themselves on the quality of the job. Everything I wanted done was completed and done in time at the agreed cost. Did I mention the price was very reasonable? I recently had my roof vacuumed by Active Vac prior to having it insulated. Their fees were very reasonable compared to others I had investigated and they were prompt and courteous and left my home clean and tidy.
