After reading many reviews and hearing first hand experiences from major big builders I was sceptical of even considering building.
Fortunately a close friend of mine who have completed building his own dream home have referred me to Alex. He have nothing but good words. Of course talk is cheap, so I did my own observation of his house and he was spot on. The quality, the finishing touch and the looks on my friend’s face had won me over. So it begins my journey with Alex.

Right from beginning Alex was there to answer any of my questions. As this was my first time building, I have asked many and Alex was able to answer all in simple and detailed laymen terms.

No doubt with any build or job there will always be problems. Which is good a thing, it’s better to pick them up now rather than later. With Alex as the one point contact and man of his words, there was no blaming game or being transferred to ten different departments. This means I was able to resolve all my issues in a timely and orderly manner.

Building is stressful and exciting at the same time. For a peace mind and less grey hair, I wouldn’t hesitate (like my friend did) to refer Alex as your builder.

As a very busy business owner with two young children, I was very lucky to find Alex for this project because the whole process was fuss free and I felt assured that things were done properly. What a wonderful experience it was getting our house built by Alex. His price was very competitive (my wife obtained 4 quotes from other builders), his honesty, ease to speak with and quality of work was exceptional.
During the building process he would always keep us informed of the progress of the work, made suggestions on how to improve a couple of items that my wife wanted to add and in general my wife (who was hands on in the building process) found him so easy and friendly to communicate with him. Our house was built within the time frame, budget and quality that Alex said would be done by.

Myself and my partner utilised Alex from ACX Industries to build our new home in Derrimut. We spent at least six months analysing and scrutinising different builds for quality, price and inclusions.
