Thank you Adam for doing such a good job on cleaning our carpet! From speaking to Rajaa on the phone for my quote to confirmation of the date , job and the ultimate cleaning. You guys have been pleasant to do business with. I have had other carpet cleaners promised the job only to came to the house and refused to do it because my unit is on the first level. It was frustrating and time-wasting from that carpet cleaner. So I made sure that I read into the reviews before I ring any other carpet cleaners. I provided Rajaa and Adam with adequate information and ensure that they can definitely do the job before I book them in. Still this morning I was concerned about the possibility of having our carpets cleaned due to previous experience from other carpet cleaners. But Adam was so professional and friendly, and he did an amazing job! I can not recommend his service enough! Thank you!

I called on behalf of my landlady Sunday 16.8.15 whose English is not the best. I was attracted by the website which claimed upfront prices and no hidden charges. I was quoted $99 by the lady who answered the phone and she booked a cleaner for the next day at 10am. When I got home that evening my landlady told me when the cleaner turned up he advised her that $99 was only for a basic clean which included no chemicals. He wanted $150 to use chemical cleaners. He took advantage of the fact that I wasn't here and the landlady does not speak good English. He also did a rush job finishing the whole house in under 20 minutes and did not clean the carpet in the bottom of the built-wardrobes. When I called to complain to the same lady who booked the appointment, she said that she would speak to the cleaner and call me back the next day at 8.30 a.m. The call never came and when I called her back today she didn't answer the phone…surprise surprise.
The cleaner was also supposed to quote for cleaning tiles, which the booking agent said would be around $80 for a normal size room (at $6.50 per square metre). The cleaner quote the landlady $800 to clean the two tiled rooms in the house.

We do not give false quotes. When the technician inspected the carpet, he found carpet that hadn't been cleaned for a few years. It had horrendous baked on food stains and black stains all over the carpet. To get those kinds of stains out of the carpet, we do need to use heavy duty style treatments. The technician did explain to your landlady the cost upfront. She was not pressured or taken advantage of. She wholeheartedly agreed to the price quoted and requested he go ahead with the job. When you made the booking, you were told specifically that we do not move furniture. The technician did end up moving furniture in the rooms anyway. It was certainly not a rush 20 minute job. You were not even there to keep such accurate account of the time. The job took over an hour to complete for 3 rooms. At the time of the booking, you did not mention cleaning your wardrobes. In any case, it is not our policy to open a customers wardrobe without their permission. I believe your landlady does speak English just fine. Maybe she is not Shakespeare, but she was perfectly understood by our technician and she perfectly understood him as well. She mentioned she works in a nursing home. I don't think she would have trouble with English to be working there. There is a difference between someone having an accent and someone not understanding English at all. We also did call you back the next day after your complaint about the price but there was no answer. The quote for the tiles was not $800 for 2 rooms. The quote was for approx. $400-$500 for cleaning the entire tiled area of the house. That includes the entry, lounge/dining, kitchen, hall and bathrooms. I don't know where you got $800 from. Even if the quote was for $800, you are under no obligation to go ahead with any work, therefore, I don't see any reason you are even complaining about that. At the end of the day we cannot please every person out there. Although we do try our best to impress, the customer is not always right. In fact, sometimes the customer doesn't have a clue. With all due respect, please get your facts right next time before venting.
Dear Adam's carpet cleaning, I think you have been taken in by your technician who is not telling you the truth. You are also not telling the truth because I was by the phone when you said you would ring at 8.30 am and the call did not come. There were no missed calls any time throughout the day. You also did not answer the phone when I called you back (twice) and didn't you return my meassage. So, since this is the unprofessional way that you do business, I decided to warn other potential clients. The technician did advise the lady the carpet was very dirty, he said the quote of $99 was only for a basic clean with water only and no chemicals whatsoever. There were no baked on food stains. The carpet was in better condition than the photos on your own website. The wardrobe doors in my room were left open and the third room was totally unoccupied with the wardrobe doors left wide open as well. Since it standard that built-in wardrobes are carpeted, then this should be cleaned too, otherwise there will be a difference between the carpet in the room and that at the bottom of the wardrobe. The technican did not move any furniture whatsoever, he cleaned around any furniture that was too heavy to move out of the room. I suggest that it is you and your technician that do not have the facts straight and your unprofessional and snyde comments are a bad reflection on your business. My landlady works in a nursing home where every resident is Chinese. She does not need to speak English to work there. She is also very angry and feels like she's been totally ripped off. I booked your company because the website said UP FRONT PRICE and NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Your admission that there could be a big difference in the quote you get on the phone and the quote that you get when the technician turns up to the house should go on the website. This is not the only review to mention that that there was a big difference between what was quoted and what was actually charged.
Just had Adams Carpet cleaning out to clean the carpet of an office in Glendenning for me. He told me a couple of times how much his machine cost. (must want to get it paid off quick). The job was OK but the price I was told to the price I had to pay was way out. Even when trying to justify the cost to me, the figures just don't add up. I feel I have been ripped off and I certainly wont be using them again.
I had our bedrooms, stairs, a rug and couches professionally cleaned by Adam's Carpet Cleaning and was very happy with the result. Confirmation of the booking the day before and email communication on booking was friendly, useful and timely. Equipment was in good condition and minimised inconvenience to my neighbours (I live in a townhouse). Price was as agreed by email but advice regarding the possible benefits of other treatments was free and honest. Technician was friendly and considerate. I will use Adam's services again and recommend them to anyone.
I had the carpets in the main living areas and master bed room cleaned. All have come up beautifully and stains removed. Some spots took a little longer to dry but he worked extra hard in those high traffic areas and the stains have gone. The Wow factor was the 15 year old tiles cleaned back to their original state. They look amazing. Would highly recommend this family business. Very competent, professional and friendly. Good quality products and equipment doing an outstanding job. Can't believe it's the same floor.

I had Adams carpet cleaning service come to my home and clean the carpet. These were carpets my husband wanted to rip up and replace because of how badly stained they were. We have had them cleaned before but the stains were always visible when the carpet dried. Not this time, the carpets look almost new again. The operator was professional, new his stuff, very polite and easy to do business with. I highly recommend this service to anyone.

Had extremely dirty carpet in a two bedroom unit. They managed to get rid of plenty of stains I thought would never budge! Has left my place looking feeling clean and fresh. Also we're very happy to show me what they were doing and how it worked. A proud family business.

My son had spilt apple blackcurrent juice on the loungeroom floor. He is also going through toilet training, and obviously has had a few accidents. As we have a rental inspection next week, I was concerned about the juice and other stains.
I found Adam's Carpet Cleaning through whirlpool.com - his service was recommended by another client due to his professionalism and good service.
The gentleman that came to do the cleaning - Niki - recommended a heavy duty clean. He also stated honestly that he may not be able to get the juice stain out of the carpet.
Niki has just left and the stains are just a slight discolouration . Overall the carpet is so much better than it was. Hopefully we should pass the inspection - for the carpet at the very least :)

I have been using adams carpet cleaning since buying my house 4 years ago. With light carpet and 2 young kids, my carpet goes from white to black, but after a quick visit from adams carpet cleaning my carpet is back to looking brand new. Very happy with the service, and price. I would never look anywhere else.
Must give them a try sometime as our carpet hasn't been cleaned for many years.
I have tried on previous occasions to self-clean my carpets with hire machines or use other companies but I must admit I have never been happier with the state of my carpets as I was when Adams did it.
I could not believe how great they came up, a fair amount of dirt was on my cream carpets and I was impressed with just how well they came up and how good they smelt.
The service was prompt, the pricing was fair and they acted friendly yet professional.
The best carpet cleaning company I have ever dealt with! A1++++ Service and fantastically brilliant carpet cleaning. I have used them twice now, and recommend them to all my friends. I would not have my carpets cleaned by any other company. Our carpets comes up amazingly clean!!! Like new!!!. Don't waist your time with cheap and nasty carpet cleaning companies who offer to do your entire home for $50, you might as well just throw water on your carpet and hope for the best. If its properly cleaned carpets you want, done professionally don't go any where else but Adams Carpet Cleaning. Without a doubt the best!!!!!!

Our carpets were in poor shape, we enquired about getting new carpet, which was pretty expensive.
I had a guy from a Sydney based carpet cleaners who had a portable machine come out for the job. He told me that the stains we had in our carpet would not be completely removed with his machine (which was really honest of him). He recommended getting a cleaner with a truckmount machine so I searched it for the penrith area and got onto Adams. Called up at 9am, He arrived at 11.30am. The carpets look brand new, I got a heavy duty clean plus scotch guard protection in 4 room. The carpets look amazing!
So I definitely recommend these guys!
