Love it! I completed my fundamentals with Rebecca which was fantastic, she is very professional, and fun and has such broad knowledge and experience with both cross fit and anatomy and physiology.
She is fantastic at explaining and adapting every movement and her teaching style to suit your individual needs. Everyone in the gym trainers and members are really supportive and its a friendly and encouraging environment to be in. Thank you

I joined Adapt CrossFit Gym in January 2016 based on the urging of my partner. She INSISTED that I give it a go and so I did. Yep - I was not that thrilled. Now in 2019 - I'm a long-term convert and enjoy doing a class around 3 times a week. Like most people starting CrossFit, I wanted to get stronger, lose weight, fix my 'fatty liver' and do a 'handstand' etc. I'm pleased to report that I have achieved 3 of the 4 and will continue to 'chip away' at the weight. My success has been based on many things but most important would be the excellent crew of trainers at Adapt. They draw you into an enjoyable gym space and give you a measurable way to challenge yourself with new daily challenges in a relaxed group setting.

It's a little hard to describe the 'why i do it', but for me, CrossFit just seems to stick. I'm also pleased to report that my bank balance and body are both fine as a result of CrossFit - all good on that front.
