Quoted for fence in October 2021 and even paid 30 % of amount in the same month on a pre-text that the fence job will be done by second week of December or maximum before Christmas 2021 for sure. I have been following up with everyone who ever managed this job from AFC but didn't get any promising response till date and there's no confirm time line. There's lack of communication between teams, concrete guys didn't have the right markings/dimensions with them and done the job based on their own knowledge and even left some part of concrete and gate posts for fencing guys to fix. Today is 20th Dec and we have only the gate posts installed at the property with no further updates when the fence will be installed. Worst dealing so far, won't recommend them for any residential or commercial work.

Quoted for fence in early September. Paid account in full September. Fence to be manufactured and installed in 6 weeks. Advised at quote and when met with project Manager we wanted rails closer together than standard 90mm. Stressed in EVERY follow up contact did not want little dog escaping. Fence poles put in end September, wrong place behind letterbox instead of directly in front with square cutout giving postie access. Did not arrive in 6 weeks, contacted week after week, told it was in manufacturing and would be installed on the Friday or Monday, after 4th week panels finally arrived on the Tuesday, rails standard 90mm ...not happy they are remaking and fence would be done in 2 weeks. Still waiting..... poles have not been moved to correct position and once again PANELS ARE IN MANUFACTURING. I have another property that needs a fence, Adelaide Fence will NOT be getting the job.

Good price and it isn't going to fall down.
After sales service is non-existent. I made repeated phone calls about latch handles which I paid for but were not supplied. I've given up hope they will ever arrive!
Concrete slag would have been easy to clean up while wet, but now it has cured I have a more difficult job. Fence posts were not the same height and one of the gates is the wrong way around.
I won't be back!!!

Easily the worst after sales service, and the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen.

Do not for any reason utilise Adelaide fence centre.

Requested a on site quote to replace retaining wall + fencing and staff who attended couldn't answer any questions I had. Kept being advised "i'd have to speak to my supervisor, cos I don't know". They then came back advising they wouldn't be quoting my job as I wanted to re-use the existing concrete sleepers and fence paneling (they're only 11years old, and in very good condition), so would seem they wasted my time even coming out to quote, and then not having any information, and then only willing to quote/take on the job, if I paid out THOUSANDS more to replace sleepers and fence panels (already an $15 thousand job without purchasing new sleepers and panels). Will never recommend this company to anyone. Out of 7quotes we've had for this same job, this company is the only one to require the purchase of all new sleepers and panels....only in it for the money!

Initial contact was good. Quick on quoting and booking in a time. After that it went downhill. Supervisor came and checked the site but must have forgotten to show the contract to the sub contractor. We would come home only to find variations done with no consultation. Rather than fix the problems a small discount seemed to be the easy option. Not very happy

On large corner block, metal vertical slat fence to front and half side street, good neighbour fencing to remaining property boundary. Automated gate in same good neighbour fence material.

We needed a small pool fence and 2 pool gates installed - these guys had the cheapest quote - they came when they said - good knowledge - installed without issues - good follow up

We have had a fence put in recently by these guys and have been very pleased with the results. They do domestic and commercial work and locally manufacture the fences. Once we had decided on the style we wanted we had someone out here within a few days to give us a quote. It did take a little while for the fences to be make but once ready they were up within two days. Not a cheap project but definely worth while and we are happy with the results.
