When it came to maintenance repairs on my very old house, the job list was long and diverse: from dealing with mortar cracks and incomplete interior joinery, to replacing rotted window and gutter fascias, re-routing the overflow from a small rainwater tank, and re-flooring and renovating a rustic old shed. I despaired of finding tradesmen for all the various jobs, big and small, who had the right blend of skills, patience, and sympathy for the character of the place. Then Adelaide Property Renovations came along. Paul Edwards' obvious expertise and friendly advice as he surveyed each problem and explained what was entailed in fixing it soon put paid to my worries. For example, difficulties of access in relation to digging up the old shed floor, and re-concreting it without damaging the adjacent paved paths and spoiling my garden, were solved quite simply and very effectively. His team of workmen (at times including himself) were outstanding in their consideration and communication on the job, and keeping the site clean. With new floor and lighting, a mezzanine storage area, the interior spray-painted and vermin-proofed, a bank of neat cupboards, and a remote-controlled roller door, my once extremely grotty shed has been transformed into a flexible and attractive space. Similar care and attention to detail has characterised all the repairs and renos that have been done I'm delighted with the results -- and the bill has been very reasonable. I'll certainly be relying on Adelaide Property Renovations for any future work, and have recommended Paul and his team to my friends.

Our unit in Adelaide required renovating and I was going to have to deal with a renovator from interstate which could have been very, very stressful.
