I understand that dealership have to make money, I was looking at trading my car, and they only want to give me 3k when the car is insured at 12k what a joke. When I rang again to talk they kept shifting the price around on their car , I wasted so much of my time. I thought car dealership used to be OK, but now I have lost all faith in how they operate. I will not trust this outfit again.

I am writing to let you know how very pleased I am with my Ford Focus purchase from your Car Show today. I was well served and taken care of, in terms of the financing I needed to buy this car, by your business manager Mr. Gavin Little. His competence and honesty made me confident enough to go on with the deal. This was rather a difficult decision for me to make, but by giving me proper advice and explaining my options, he made the job easy and doable for me. I want to record my appreciation for the excellent assistance I received from Bill Guthrie. My Fairmont Ghia was in for regular service on Tuesday 30th April when a number of necessary repairs were found totalling $2412. Fortunately a Warranty Policy was arranged at time of purchase and when I advised Bill he immediately rang the company and then emailed photos of the relevant repairs to them. Yesterday[Thursday] he received approval for the whole amount and the car is now booked in repairs on the 20th of May. Please pass on my thanks to Bill for the very efficient and courteous manner in which he handled this matter. Rupert.

To future vehicle purchasers, Andrea Gehan and the team at Adrian Brien have always been a pleasure to deal with and the service excellent. We started with one car from Andrea swiftly followed by 5 more over the last few years. Andrea looks after us beautifully and we have a high trust relationship so I dont feel the need to shop around. The cars themselves have always been reliable, professional in image and have helped us stand out from the crowd. Andrea certainly stands out from our previous dealings in this industry. I have just tonight picked up my brand new i30 From the time I browsed last Saturday I fell in love with the new Active i30 when I test drove it, I previously had a Holden and in the past year have been stressed and upset and on the verge of taking action against a certain branch due to negligence of my car.I have had the most amazing and best service ever! from the staff at Adrien Brien Hyundai! I mean that from the bottom of my heart.No pressure was put upon me, I felt totally relaxed from the time I met Nic who was amazing in New Cars! Then Michael the Finance Manager was just brilliant. Both explained everything clearly, did not push anything on me about other cars, but let me decide .Without Nic and Michael I probably would have gone elsewhereI was anxious before I got there, but loved the whole experience! I love my new car. THANKYOU NIC THANKYOU MICHAEL! you are both truly amazing! xxoo

Dear Andrew Last month I came in to your St Marys Branch to test drive the Hyundi i30 and the Ford Fiesta. In the Ford area I dealt with Sharon Stringfellow. This email is to let you know what a pleasure it was dealing with Sharon, firstly its good to deal with a woman when buying a new car, but more importantly there was no pressure when I said I was going to also test drive the Hyundai, which I really appreciated. Dear Andrew May I thank you for your card and pen sent on the first anniversary of my purchase of my Grand Cherokee. May I also commend you on your tremendous customer relations very impressive. Your companys customer follow-up is in marked contrast to a certain major Adelaide marine dealer from whom I bought a new boat at about the same time as I got my Jeep.There has been literally no follow-up or contact from that dealer!
