Impressive service! All my elements arrived at my new place in top condition. The crew were so friendly and assisted me all throughout the process. I'll recommend them to my friends.

Service seemed excellent until point of pick up. My goods were being picked up frOn storage, so I had only a small window of possible time this could be supervised for: I stated this very clearly when requesting a quote from advance & was assured by both a staff member and the driver that this would be fine. The driver arrived hours later than the agreed time, ALONE and without a hydraulic lift on his truck. Midway thru the journey he notified me that he would've arriving a day later than agreed as he had taken on an extra job. When I voiced my cOncern when he again called with another delay, he told me he had more stress than I did, as he had nearly rolled his truck (this did not instill confidence!). I called advance on the agreed date of delivery, to ask them to chase up the driver. The driver arrived at 6.30 pm the day after delivery was due and was very rude and aggressive, telling me he was angry that I had called advance. He did have a helper to unload (who was great) but needed also my assistance to get heavy wardrobes down the ramp which was only a centimeter or two wider than the trolley he used. Many items were lightly scuffed or bumped on the way in. I reported this to Advance, the person I spoke to seemed concerned, and told me the rep I had booked through would call me back to follow up: this has not happened.

These guys gave us the best quote, and we were really happy with the guy that drove the truck, loaded our goods - very professional. However, we had an issue with the company when we made a complaint and they were very unhelpful.

Had great & poor experiences with this company. Take your pick. They were very competitive on price, staff helpful, quick and friendly response to questions and the truck came basically at the agreed time, took our furniture away well. Arrived at the location at the specified time, but didn't provide anyone bar the driver to unload the furniture (which was clearly stated in their advertising that they would do). Rang to complain and found very rude, unhelpful, unrepentant staff. My advice? check clearly what to do if there's a problem before using them.
