Poor communication and dishonest company. Installation cancelled by Todd at 9pm night prior via text due to installer "having a family emergency" when installer arrived on rescheduled date I asked how he was doing (as we had had him out before and he has always been great I will add), he mentioned really busy and he had been moved jobs that why they rescheduled. Family emergency was a made up excuse, bad business ethics, put installer in an awkward situation as he was not told of this family emergency lie. Communication is terrible, chased multiple times for a quote only because both my family and I have used them before, then had to chase them multiple times to book in installation dates, tried calling both mobile numbers I had and landline, left voicemails and sent text msgs for them to call me and waited ages until they emailed me "Hi Sarah, just wondering if you want to go ahead with the quote?" Sadly business is not as it used to be, do not recommend. They have lost our future business based on being dishonest, communication is one thing but completely lying to a long term loyal customer doesn't sit right with me.

The quality is great, the service was fantastic as the installer had to manouver very long panels in a small transportable home, the value was great as when shopping around we found more expensive robes that were not better quality. Will be calling again to finish last bedroom soon.

The best value for money robes I have found. They came to do a measure and quote, took out the old robes and installed the new robes for less than $3000 for 2 HUGE ones! We were impressed with the price - not the best quality but certainly fitted what we needed.

BIR for den - 2.7m long. Amazing company. The receptionist Rachael was incredibly helpful and was able to give me an approximate quote. The rep who came out to measure and quote (who was also the owner) was on time and also very helpful. The staff at the site were great. The installation rep was on time and very professional. The product looks great and works fantastically. Overall a pleasure to deal with this company.

Had a second wardrobe installed in our spare room. Staff were fantastic from day one. The quote given was about $300 cheaper than other quotes I had received. The showroom is set up really well and provides you with lots of examples of what the finished product will look like. I was recommended by a friend to use them and subsequently now also recommend their services. :)
