ADG were great from start to finish. They kept us updated on the process whilst we waited for the windows. On the day of the installation the team were super friendly and fitted the windows promptly and left after clearing all the mess. The quality of the windows are great and it’s made such a difference to our house. The only issue is you will to do the whole after. We will be using ADG in the near future to do the rest of our windows. Thank you

We have waited 18yrs to get UPVC double glazing since emigrating from the UK & the wait has definitely been worth it! We saw reviews on AFDG website & decided after having quotes from other companies to go with them & it was definitely the right decision! The guys arrived on time to install the doors & windows & they were great from taking windows & doors out to installing new ones. They didn’t damage anything & were very thoughtful! We had our whole house done. If I had to say a minor negative it would be a bit more communication would be great

ADG replaced all of our windows and 2 of our old clunky sliding doors with double glazed windows and doors. We opted for the cheaper product from the UK so waited approximately 6 months from quote to installation. Zero complaints. Totally worth the wait. ADG's communication and service from start to end was outstanding and we are delighted with the finished product. Being winter when installed we instantly noticed that the house was warmer and also quieter due to the double glazing.

The products are great quality and better than far more expensive options that we were offered elsewhere. The installation was top notch and all of the team are great to deal with. The house is instantly warmer (it is winter) and wind and tree noise has almost totally gone so we can sleep better. I won't look elsewhere next time I need windows.

Addition: Just as happy as the first time we had ADG fit windows for us. A friend of mine who is VERY particular about housing/building related things, and rarely gives out personal recommendations, was helping me with another job when the windows were fitted. After AFD left he commented that he was impressed with the product and the fitting/staff. Later that day he phoned me to get ADG's details as he had a friend who needs windows. High praise indeed IMO.

From the first phone call to final installation Craig and his team set the industry standard.
A minor glazing manufacturing fault (scratch) was identified by one of team on final inspection, l would have put up with it but Craig would have none of it and a new piece was ordered immediately.
Each time they come to site they leave the place cleaner then when they came.
I don’t bother ringing anybody else a genuine 10/10 company .

I live on a busy road so had some new windows installed in the upstairs bedrooms and couldn’t be happier. Had them shipped over as recommended from the U.K and the wait was well worth it. It’s been a couple of weeks since we had double glazed windows installed from ADG, and so far we’re very happy with it.

Double-glazing doesn’t help with booming bass (whether from cars driving past with the volume up too high or from a neighbours stereo system), since that just vibrates through the floor and walls anyway. It does noticeably help with other noise, though, including cars themselves, music that’s more treble than bass, and noisy owls.

Can’t comment on temperature, yet. But in general, we’re happy with the quality of the product and the install. Especially since ADG’s options were considerably cheaper than several other suppliers we got quotes from.

All staff were friendly and professional. Office staff were happy to check up on a few concerns we had, spread over a couple of days. The installers had a tough time due to two issues from our end, but took both in their stride. The first made the install harder and the second meant they had to return to demonstrate something again just 10min after leaving. We were still met with the same friendly, professional attitude at all times.

Overall, we were impressed with the service and satisfied with the product.

We had a number of quotes, all looked at job as being too hard. Allen & Craig both came round to assess job and the rest speaks for itself. They were into the job first thing with a good-sized team and after 2 days job completed and looks great. Best part of the ADG team is they have manpower and the guys quoting are also those on the job. Thank you, Allen & Craig we had given up until on double glazing until you came along. Glad we waited for the imported gear and also went for the extras.

ADG were excellent from the start to the finish of our project (3 replacement windows and a front door). The install was completed and the lads had the room spotless when the job was done. Craig and his team did a great job, would certainly use their service again.
