Terrible plumber who was supposed to fix a blocked drain but charged for other worked for rental that was not told beforehand. I don’t mind paying for work but would need to know before doing something and charging us for it. Said he called before but the call was when he was on the way to the property so he was lied about that as well. Broke a sewer concrete but said it’s not his problem as it is crumbling when he lifted it but I wouldn’t take his word since he lied about calling.

This guy is an absolute waste of time.
Charged $250 and didn't even unblock the drain. It got too hard for him and said that the drain had collapsed.
Got another plumber round and he cleared the blockage in 15 minutes.
My wife was home by herself and felt intimidated by this guy so paid the $250 just to get rid of him.
Not a nice guy and not a good tradie !

Very affordable and honest.did the job on the same day.very happy.will recommend him to friends and family.

Rang at 9am for this plumber to be told he will come and will call half an hour before he comes to then wait all day and no plumber in sight. I rang him every few hours with no answer on mobile. A phone call would have been nice so I could of called someone else who is more reliable. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE…. DO N0T CALL THIS PLUMBER!!

Called him if he can come to check what’s is the problem with the pressure with the shower.
He said he will come around 11am
Came around 12 with no apology.
Looked at the water pressure and said he can’t do anything with the pressure.
And than asked for call out fee..
I told him his ad says no call out fee and also you haven’t fixed anything.
He started abusing me and I felt like he could have become physically violent. I stopped him and he ran and took my shower head.

Toilet was blocked. Call him at about 12pm. Said would charge between $75 to $120. He said he would come later in the afternoon and would call me 1/2 hr before coming. 15 mins later i tried to put plunger down the toilet and manage to unblock it. Rang him back about 15 mins later to cancel and mention about what happen. He was not happy. Claims plumber already on the way and he would charge me $55 for cancellation/booking fee. I asked him what about he said "coming later on this afternoon" and "would call 1/2 hr before coming". He said "doesn't matter", will send me the bill for "booking/cancellation fee". Rang Consumer affairs and got advise. They ask for his advertisement and details and recorded it. Then gave me good advise and also to call legal services commission.

Was quoted $75-$110 plus gst to unblock a toilet, waited 7 hours and the guy decided to go in through the vent near the house.I said to him no other plumber has ever gone in through the vent always through the ip down the back, he ignored me.So he cut a hole in the vent and put the auger through, it came through clean, but toilet still blocked, he then changed the head to a flat round disc and told me there must be sludge in the pipe ( he said if it worked he would charge an extra $50 ) and to wait at the back ip with a hose to help it flow but the disc came through clean aswell and toilet was still blocked. He then got his auger stuck in the pipe and then proceeded to dig up the concrete and dirt and cut through the pipe to retrieve it. After all that the toilet was still blocked and he was going and wanted $200, I said I wasn't paying him a cent because the toilet was still blocked and he destroyed my concrete to get his tool out. After heated threats of taking me to court he stuck the hose down the pipe towards the back but it was full of dirt and just filled up the hole, eventually the dirt washed down and the pipe was clear from the hole at the rear of the house to the back of the property. He said to flush the toilet but it was still blocked, he turned the hose towards the house and after a few seconds the toilet emptied. THE BLOCKAGE WAS AT THE TOILET NOT THE PIPE. He then demanded $200, I said I was only paying him what I was quoted he shouldn't be charging me for getting his tool stuck. I gave him the maximum I was quoted $121 and asked for a receipt, he said he would send it in the post and the $121 I paid him he would use it to take me to court for more money. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING HE GOT IT WRONG DUG UP MY CONCRETE AND LEFT ME WITH AN OPEN SEWERAGE PIPE AND HE'S TAKING ME TO COURT- EXPECT A COUNTER SUIT FOR DAMAGES TO FIX HIS MISTAKE

They came out when they said too fix block drains and they were really good in price . Friendly and pleasant plumber.
