Agg staff were very helpful and the upgrade on our doors was efficiently managed.
The three techs I have seen in the past few weeks have all been on time, friendly, professional and ensured they’d cleaned the site on departure.
The office staff who I’ve had phone calls with and emails with have also been very helpful and knowledgeable.
Will continue to use this company as and when required.
We've been using your company for years and have always found the staff to be terrific and reliable.
Initial phone call followed by emails were fine. I was told that the cost was $180 for the service visit plus parts but it wasn't mention that it was COD. That was fine- it just would have being good to know that as I assumed I would be invoiced.
Daniel called before arrival, was on time, polite and efficient - and quickly resolved the issues with my roller door. i was very happy with the service call.

Inquired about a hard to source part for an older model garage unit, These guys had it , packed it professionally and dispatched it quickly , and now installed and all good once again :)

AGG Doors arranged a technician promptly. The technician rang me when he was 30 minutes away. When he arrived he explained the options for fixing Merlin, and gave me time to ring my insurance company to see if any of the cost could be recovered under insurance. He was pleasant and made the change-over efficiently. It is lovely to have my Merlin working again!
