The service was impeccable. I received a text message alerting me that the technician would be arriving soon, he then called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived, completed the repairs without trouble, took payment and was on his way. No problems

Good courteous and efficient office staff booking visits. First visit did not fix problem but he did warn me may not work and need new motor. After initial disappointment that it only lasted one use second visit installed new motor and now working much better. New motor is quieter faster and more remotes so much better

We had a door motor replaced through old age. The phone contact, follow up for available appointment times (,which were within 1 or 2 days), and serviceman calling 30 mins before arrival all worked perfectly. No fuss installation of the motor assembly etc., all went extremely smoothly, and we had a working door again in quick time. Really good service.
