We book with Agill transport to move from NSW TO Queensland. Very great professional company...easy relocation. No fuss both ends Well done by the team. Simon was so efficient, looked after all my concerns and everything arrived perfectly.

After being let down by another removalist company a day before I was due to move, I was so stressed and worried I wouldn't be able to organise getting my furniture picked up in time! We hire Agill transport at last minute move. Speedy service,no lost or damaged goods. Great communication from company. Very helpful and friendly throughout entire process of moving. Would definitely use them again. Greatly appreciated.

Do not use this company. All the positive reviews are fake (from single time reviewers) and the negative reviews accurate. We had a shocking ordeal with them. They lied, damaged so much of our stuff, arrived late after no communication (imagine being a woman home alone from 10pm - 2am with two removalists coming and going, and then working the next day), they delivered late, they didn't answer phone calls or return calls once they had our money, didn't reply to emails, they lost some of our things and they even tried to deliver other people's things to us (like INSISTED - they just wanted it out of the truck). They picked up over two days and dropped off from two trucks. The initial truck our stuff was loaded onto and the ones that dropped off were different. The people doing the packing were nice but EXTREMELY OVERWORKED.
One experienced an injury whilst loading after doing a 16 hour shift prior to arriving at 10pm at my house.
The quoted price was reasonable but I would pay double to go with a professional company in future. The staff, once they had our money, were useless and we had damage to the value of $6500 worth. Thank god we had insurance (CARTS). Our fridge looks like someone had a fist fight with it, both our cement coffee tables with metal legs (which were promised to be packed specially) ended up on the bottom, and not even covered with a blanket (and therefore chipped and the welding snapped). After months and months of calling asking about our lost items or remuneration we had no response from Agill except 'we haven't forgotten you, we are still looking into it'. We ended up lodging an insurance claim even though the damage was 100% due to Agill's negligence. CARTS insurer follows up with them, potentially in court. This company is so dodgy, I wouldn't be surprised to see them on A Current Affair or in prison for ripping people off.

I would NEVER recommend this business.
I requested a quote from these guys on 30-7-2021. As the move involved a home office setup, stated I needed to have delivery by 19-8-2021. They assured me (over the phone) that they could have it earlier. Pickup was supposed to be 13th August. After being hounded and paying the $400 deposit on Friday afternoon to secure an even better rate (alarm bells should have started then!), I requested the delivery date be confirmed via email. The response was…’we will pickup on the 13th August.” No reply on delivery date. I resent the email requesting delivery confirmation as it was imperative it arrived on time.. The reply just after 3pm was…”We will update you”. I had a gut feeling that something wasn’t right. On Monday (their next business day) morning at 8am, I sent an email explaining circumstances had changed and I no longer required their services. I asked for a full refund of the $400.
On Wednesday 4-8-2021 I received an email with an extract of their T&C’s and a line saying, “so we will, refund you 50%”.
Now I know their T&C’s stated that cancellation for a full refund must be done 14 or more days prior. However, my booking was made on the Friday afternoon, exactly 14 days prior to pickup. I suggested they perhaps keep a 10% admin fee, which I thought was very fair. They just kept emailing their T&C’s. Nothing else, no explanations. Just the T&C’s.

After reading numerous reviews this morning, (I should have done it before booking) I realised that this company is one of the shonkiest out there.

Funny thing is, after speaking to my son on the phone this morning, he mentioned his girlfriend’s furniture that was supposed to be picked up tomorrow, has been delayed for a week. (Not due to COVID-19) The removal company turned out to be none other than AGILL. The quoted price was around 20% less than others. So they paid a deposit weeks ago and were promised the pickup date no later than the 5th August!
My advice to anyone looking for a removalist, is to AVOID this company like the plague. Whilst I am out of pocket by only $200, it is their principles of how they run their business that left a sour taste in my mouth. My business, would be out of business if I treated customers the way AGILL do.
They did send me an email this morning offering to give me another $150 back if I removed my review from ProductReview website. They can keep the $150, ev eryone should know how shonky these guys are.

After doing some research this morning, it appears that most, if not all of their 5 star reviews are shonky, just like the operators of this business. Look closely and the reviewers also did 5-star reviews on a company called AUSPRO REMOVAL, a company that also had many, many bad reviews. (deregistered in 2019!)

We were very happy with the professional service provided by Agill transport. The price is also very reasonable

The guys were amazing and were very friendly

and how well the guys packed our belongings onto and off the truck. They were on time and nothing was a problem at all

They even checked to make sure where we would like boxes and furniture place at the new house.

I don’t even know where to begin with how beyond Painful every single dealing I had with this company was. Supporting a Local Business is so hard when people operate like this. At the Start in regards to quoting; they are keen to get your Business so with email and contact flat out; which seemed wonderful. But as soon as you were locked in with that Deposit laid - everything fell apart. A promised pickup date delayed by 4+ Days with Poor Excuses that turned o it to be Lies, as if there Drivers were ‘only hours away’, when they didn’t turn up till days later. This led us to reschedule or Bond Cleaners 2x and ask for an extension on our Move Out Date because of their nonsense. Everything would have been easier if they just didn’t lie with each question asked. The Removalists themselves were great to deal with And apologised for the Poor Office organisation, which was the only good thing about the whole process.
Hidden Costs trying to get past us for ‘Extra Items’ that we never even had so be sure to check your invoices. I wish we never used this Company and I have made sure to relay this to anyone I know looking to move their Belongings in a safe and efficient way. My Advice; Be sure to keep everything in email form with a Company like this as they go back on their Words and Promises, again and again. They delayed the Delivery by a Day also, again with the same excuse as why they were delayed with Pickup. It’s only thankful for them that their Delivery Drivers are nice - the only plus if I can give them any. If you need any Proof, I have it for you to see. Please go elsewhere, whatever you do. I can guarantee there are much better, much more professional, and much more trustworthy companies out there. Beware.

The two removalist arrive on time no damage to anything— price quoted was the final price charged. Easy as.

They did a fantastic job of helping us move from NSW to north Queensland . no issue with company at all , they look after my furniture and Were on time and delivery was also made on time

Unfortunately I booked this removalists to move my household stuff from Brisbane to Cairns. Day First, they damaged our Queen Bed frame while loading then they holded our whole stuff because I was not ready to pay full amount without getting fixed Bedframe. They made double Quotes for extra items which was not ours and didn’t get delivered to us, but they forced me to pay because they was holding all ours stuff. I paid $370 for extra items and Finally they delivered all things together but most of the things I got with scratches and some items was missing from packed boxes. When I emailed to get refund $370 which they charged for extra items. There answer was, we will refund $180 half amount without any reason.

The movers and support team were fantastic in providing a cost-effective and timely service to move my 2 bedroom furniture more than 1200 km away . Overall staff were very friendly ,Pick up and drop off was done on time ,very careful with furniture No issues . My belongings were well taken care ok. Staff were also flexible and easy to talk to. Service was good i am happy all my stuff was delivered in a good condition

we recently moved from Victoria to Cairns had a 3 bedroom full pack and move. The guys were careful awesome, respectful, .They are very organised and on time. They did all the hard work with a smile. Thank you so much!! I will definitely use then again.
