I would thoroughly recommend Imran from aircon4u! I got a prompt response from him and efficient service on a very busy, hot day when my elderly mother's aircon wasn't working. He was the only contractor who would come in an emergency! Other repair companies were 'booked up' for 2 weeks and other 24 hour services didn't even answer their phones. I was on hold for 15 minutes with one company. Imran fixed the problem quickly and we just paid the call out fee which was reasonable compared to other companies! Thanks Imran, my mother and I appreciated your kindness and efficiency.

We had an evaporative cooling and a split system instaled by Aircon4u only a few days after a quote. Job was done in a very proffesional manner, quick and easy. Unfortunately the remote on evap was faulty, which was manufacturers error. Imran took it upon himself to find us a replacement till we get a new one. He came to our house at 6 pm , ( after his work hours)
to fix the issue and called back a few days later to check if we've received a new remote. Very impressed by his attitude and dedication to make sure his clients are happy and that we've got what we payed for. Highly recommended.

We had aircon4u come for a quote and we straight away knew we would be hiring them as they were not pushing a brand or for the sale and had the patients to listen to our needs and wants, they were not the cheapest but definately more value , great installers and electrician too.
If your looking for heating cooling solution give them a go.

We have found Imran very polite, knowledgeable,helpful,punctual.he also was not a pushy sales person and clearly listened to our needs and satisfied our requirements the installers was very tidy too and took pride in their work and now we have a cool home will definately recommend aircon4u

Be Very Careful about Aircon4U.
We recently spent nearly $15,000.00 with Aircon4U on a ducted refrigerated cooling and heating system only to be very disappointed. We dealt with Imran who over a number of meetings repeatedly assured us that the system he recommended would easily do the job. To our dismay when we went to use it on a hot day it was grossly inadequate. Imran now tells us that although it is a 3 zone system we can only use 1 zone at a time until the sun goes down then we can use 2 at the same time because it won't be so hot. Please be very careful and DO NOT believe everthing you arw told. Needless to say we are very disappointed and under no circumstances could we recommend them.

His contractor Peter is the fussiest contractor takes pride in his work which is something rare in the building game always contactable his communication is flawless I don’t have any hesitation in recommending this company and will keep using them over and over again

Imran, and Peter promoted the split systems aircon well, and explain the specs in details with patient, the crew Plumber and electrician are very professional, and get the work completed within the same day, work done is of high standard and quality, they are ready to work on hot days.

After a few hot days I called a few companies for a quote on refrigerated ducted air. Imran was the only decent person to call me within 24 hours and came over to quote the job. I was a little hesitant as it was a large outlay and read a couple of bad reviews in the Fb page. Imran followed through with my concerns and I decided to go with them. All I can say is it was the best decision ever as I had amazing installers Luke, and Imran did a follow up to ensure everything was perfect.
Today was a 38 degree day and my house feels like a supermarket. Amazing work and service from these guys and would recommend them in a heart beat.
Best $13,000 ever spent.
