My wife and I could not be happier with the level of service, tireless efforts and great end result in the sale of our off the plan townhouse in Cheltenham earlier this week.

Selling off the plan was never going to be an easy task (especially in a difficult market) as it takes a big leap of faith for a buyer in this situation, however the guys took it on with enthusiasm and went to great lengths in assisting potential buyers to fully visualise the finished product. Ultimately they found a fantastic family to purchase the townhouse, and in addition to being happy with the sale result we also look forward to our new neighbours moving in next door.

The "Jenman Method" they employed certainly suited us and we particularly appreciated that we did not have to undertake significant changes to our house for the sale or overly disrupt our lives in the process. The timeframes and outcomes achieved were both very reasonable. As a lawyer and academic working in the area of dispute resolution I also appreciated the negotiating skills that Steve and his team bring to bear as well as how they involve and empower you in the process.
