I rang Tony because we had lights but no power, as a consequence I couldn't access this web site. Tony talked me through the systems to check each and every power point, still had the problem. The heat lamp band lights would not come on and instead of replacing the whole unit (as most electricians would do) as the power supply had burnt out, Tony dismantled the unit and repaired the heat lamp saving me the purchase of a new one
