Steer clear of this company. I will never use the service again. I gave them a pretty basic job to do - glass and frame - our photo already had matting. I have only just picked up my photo last night after waiting more than 8 weeks. I was told initially that the job would be ready in two weeks and they would contact me when it was ready to pick up. I didn't hear from them and when I went back to Orion Springfield to ask them about the job, the shop had closed and they had not moved into the new premises they had told me they were moving to. I rang the number on the business card several times before getting a return call and got the run around, apparently due to the trouble they were having with Orion and securing new premises. After several attempts at coordinating a meeting time and place I finally got my photo back, after being told that I was the one being difficult - as I didn't want to give him my private address so he could deliver it to me. No apologies, just excuses. Pretty [Redacted due to offensive language] job too. I was charged $85.00 for a cheap looking plastic black frame, that looks like something I could buy in a $2.00 shop. I was ripped off - I thought I was getting a timber frame for that price.
