With 30+hours of crafting and stitching invested into the pieces their pricing is extraordinary! - they are affordable and even ‘cheap' when compared with the mass produced low quality pieces that flood the department stores each spring! This hidden gem won't be a secret for long…you should get yours while this artist is still emerging.

It's was my first racing experience and was a little overwhelmed with the whole hat experience but Penelope was fantastic. I went to 2 different events and ended up with 2 great hats. I was thrilled with the quality especially compared to what you see in major dept stores.
