We received a prompt response to our request and received clear advice on how best to replace the existing lock on our front door. We were given an estimate and advised that the part would be ordered. A couple of days later we were contacted and advised that the job would be done that afternoon. We were 100% satisfied with all aspects and very happy with the friendly and caring explanation as to operate the new lock. Many thanks for a great job done for us.

Awesome service. Phoned to make an enquiry and had an appointment at 0800 the following morning. Ryan turned up promptly and made a full examination and recommendation. The quote was emailed to me while Ryan was still on the premises and he made an appointment to return that afternoon to complete the work. What an incredible man, not only is he extremely polite and good at his job, he even cleaned up after himself. Allstrong should be extremely proud of their staff and their service.
