I have been recieving therapy on and off when I have felt I needed it from Richard Yates for 4 years now. I cannot fault him. He is professional, understanding, has an excellent bedside manner, [Retracted medical comment] I was recommend to him via a friend and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone reading this. I am 35 years of age and have been actively fit and played sport all my life. I only trust 3 people when it comes to therapy and I am confident and glad to say that Richard Yates is number 1 out of all.

I visited this place when I was down with bad urticaria and IBS symptoms. I took Accupuncture and though everything was claimable via my Private insurance but it was still costly.

No doubt service was good and people were polite but they didn't drill down to the main problem. After spending so much, nothing helped and at the end I changed my entire lifestyle and diet with rectified my main problem.

I Suffer with sciatica, and Richard Zeng is my miracle worker. He always relieves my pain with acupuncture and cupping. I don't know where I would be without Almond Wellness Centre as my sciatica can be very debilitating. The reception staff are fantastic also.

Richard is fantastic! My wife and I have been visiting the Almond Wellness Centre regularly over the past year for treatment of various ailments and have found that Richards methods have greatly helped. Richard's gentle and friendly approach is very comforting and I feel he supports both my mental and physical well being. His varying methods have been greatly beneficial and I most enjoy the relaxed feeling that he helps me achieve both whilst in his clinic and after.
I have already referred friends and family to Richard and will have no hesitation continuing to do so.

I didn't know what to expect when I tried facial acupuncture to lessen wrinkles. I was thrilled with the service and results. Never having had acupuncture before I was delighted to find out disposable needles are used and the whole session is very relaxing. A number of sessions was required and it was pleasing to see the weekly improvements. I will be sure to return whenever I feel I need to refresh the results.

This is a very welcoming centre. Dr Richard Zeng offers a friendly and comforting approach whilst conducting treatments in a highly professional manner. A very personalised treatment plan is devised each time to target specific problem areas. There is constant assessment and ongoing discussion as to your general well being. Dr Zeng builds a strong rapport with clients and as such you feel not just a valued customer but also a valued patient.
