We had an aggressive rottie that bite and nipped everyone so we decided to call in Dr Stephanie to come visit to solve the issue. She solved everything with the touch and sound correction that we seen inside the dog whisper show but she has more power when fixing Teddy up with the serious aggression issue. My 3 year-old Border Collie and I thoroughly enjoyed the first herding experience today. After 2 hours session my dog fell asleep in the car on the way home. She looked so satisfied and content as her instinct was kicked off. Stephanie the trainer was very helpful and knowledgeable everything a dog behaviourist should know as she is gifted with the touch on dogs. This is really fun place to bring your dogs for training. What a trainer! Honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Stephanie is thorough, clear, to the point and importantly incredibly smart. All these qualities with the addition of an acute understanding of dog (and human!) behaviour makes her training invaluable. We have a gorgeous labradoodle who is a lovely mannered dog, but when someone comes to the door she has a mini melt down! She won’t stop jumping on them, or trying to get their affection by persistent attention seeking.
Stephanie came over for more than the time we paid her, and by the end Whisky was a different dog.
The ongoing training that we have to do is broken down into very manageable and simple tasks. In fact, it’s the very simplicity of Stephanie’s training that makes me want to recommend her to anyone I know with a dog! No fancy gadgets, no extreme measures. Simple, effective methods that involve building a relationship with your dog.
Today we had contractors demolishing our laundry. She lay on her bed quietly the whole time. Before Stephanie’s training I would’ve had to lock her in a room, which is distressing for both of us.

Really helpful! My dog has been to dog obedience centres and has seen a behaviour vet, lost hope as nothing worked (even meds) thought I would give it one more go and got Stephanie to come to our house. Leroy has improved a lot since and I hope he keeps improving. Thanks so much Dr Stephanie!!

Stephanie was fantastic. We have a very energetic german shepherd. Stephanie came out and knew exactly what to do. She explained to us why our dog acts the way he does, then told us how to stop the behaviours. Our dog Frank is coming along nicely with our new techniques.

Stephanie is an excellent dog psychologist that tailor her training to our dog training and make everything easy and simple for our exercise during over COVID 19 we loved the fact they she explained everything well throughout our exercise with our dog Max couldn’t be happier that we meet Stephanie. Stephanie has come to see my 1 year old Red Heeler on 2 separate occasions and helped tremendously. Her instructions are very clear and insightful for both the dog and myself, and the training given is strict but very fair with a lot of care given to the dog as well.
She help beyond the sessions has also been greatly appreciated, and the knowledge shown in regards to dog behaviour, diet and interaction is exceptional.

Stephanie was very professional and calm in her approach to Dog training. Her techniques are easy to follow and extremely effective.

She spent the first 30mins getting to know Odin and our situation before coming up with a training plan. She then taught us each exercise and explained it in a clear and easy to understand way.

Her answered all of our questions, and told us to call her if we thought of more after the session was finished.

In 3days on and we have noticed a remarkable difference in Odin's behaviour. He is a lot calmer and much better behaved.

After having a not so positive experience with another dog trainer we sought out Stephanie after a family member recommended him & we were not disappointed. Straight away we felt like we were in excellent hands as Stephanie was energetic and professional. She broke everything down in easy to understand examples & did not progress until she was sure we had mastered the command which is exactly what we wanted. From just one session the impact of the tools she has given us has been outstanding & our rescue dog (with no previous training) is now walking without pulling which has taken a lot of the stress away from our daily walks. As soon as COVID conditions allow we will continue our training with Stephanie as we have confidence that our dog (and us!) will just continue to improve & flourish with Stephanie's guidance.
