Fantastic service , from the time Neil came to my home to quote for the service, he exceptionally helpful in meeting my needs, everything was so well organised . All the delivery guys were exceptional in the pack and unpack, as was Phil who came and packed up all the empty boxes , and reduced the wrapping paper to fit in the recycle bins. Thanks for a great team effort.

Amax was recommended by the unp[acking service we used. Neil came out to give us a quote. Since they were highly recommended, we decided to use them. Joel and Paul were great. Arrived on time and very quickly got down to doing what they had to do. Took care in how they packed the goods and helped us assemble beds and sofas.

What I really appreciated was the fact that they pateintly helped out when my partner wanted to change where some of the sofas were put.

They are not the cheapest, but worth the money.

Moved in Jan 2016. This is the 4th time we have used Amax and that in itself tells you something! The guys rang when they were 15 mins away - they arrived right on time and did a great job. Will definitely recommend Amax to family and friends.
I would also recommend hiring their boxes - great value and because they are all the same size - they stack so well in the truck.

We had to write a review on this company. Chris and Joel moved us from Sandhurst to Carrum Downs, during a damp and drizzly Friday. From the moment they arrived, they were very professional and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble, from small cabinets to larger t.v's. They were very careful and we would not hesitate to recommend this company.
We know who we will be calling if and when we have to shift again. Many thanks guys, it was greatly appreciated. Four hours and it was done.

I couldn't have hoped for better service. My elderly mother downsized from a 2 story 4 bedroom house to a 3rd story tiny apartment. I was worried furniture wouldn't fit in the lift, but they managed incredible manoeuvres all with professionalism, and charm. They took great care not to damage walls , and consulted with us on where to put furniture. They worked extremely hard. It was a difficult move and I'd like to thank them for their attitude. It was a relief to have intelligent, kind men helping with the move. In conjunction with Finishing Touch packing service the stress was taken out of the move. I highly recommend AMAX removals. A very happy customer :)

Very happy with Aaron and Corey. They showed up on time and even moved a few other things that I hadn't considered due to the minimum 2 hour window. Great!

We got a few quotes in for our move, which included referrals off friends and also decided to get a quote off Amax, which we decided to go with. Aaron and Corey arrived at the advised time in the morning of the move and nothing was too much trouble for these guys! They worked hard and solidly the whole time and made our move hassle free and so much smoother. We are glad we chose Amax and would definitely use them again with a future move.

House removal of furniture done. The 3 guys were extremely quick and professional. They had to move a lot of furniture up a flight of stairs and did so without so much as touching a wall even once. Managed to do in 3 hours what would have taken myself and a few mates 8 or 10.

Arrived on time. The 3 men did not stop working until the removal and delivery was complete. The lift broke down so they carried the items up the stairs.

Amax Removals, were engaged to move a houseful of furniture and other goods on 27/11/13. Wayne and Aaron presented themselves and worked very hard to collect goods from two separate addresses. They were very polite, and not fussed by furniture that broke apart, and collapsing boxes of heavy books that had been stored for many years. The delivery location was about 120 km. away, on a very hot and very humid day. The job took about 12 hours to complete, even though they were oppressive conditions, both men kept working at a brisk pace. Aaron in particular was a delight, nothing was too much for him, and he mended my office desk that had fallen apart. Aaron totally understands "Customer Service" and his attitude is an asset to the AMAX Removals company. Wishing you continued success.

This was a re-location - 25 person head office moving suburbs - just before Christmas. Very professional quoting and follow up. Extra boxes, tape and bubble wrap provided very quickly after requested. The Amax team worked very hard during the one and a half days that the move required, and staff on the ground were impressed.

AMAX removals moved us from Highett to Patterson Lakes on a cold, wet, miserable day. The two young men who came with the truck (Wayne & Aaron) were great. They worked really hard all day, were courteous, fun, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They worked a really long day and everything arrived here in the same condition that it left the other end. Great service, particularly impressed that AMAX pick up and buy back the boxes they supply. Excellent service can't praise them highly enough.

I recently moved from Greensborough and used Amax Removals. The service provided was outstanding. Very responsive and accommodated my move within a week. I was really impressed with Amax Removals, Carrum Downs Aaron and Matthew were on time and nothing was too much trouble for them, my front loading washing machine was secured properly and then installed in the new house for me, even the bed was re-assembled for me.
