Replacement of 17 metres of 2.5 metre shared fence with new treated pine fence with capped metal studs. Arrived at appointed time. Friendly and informative. Fast and experienced tradesman managed to demolish old fence, and construct new all in 1 day! This was in spite of being a man down (normally a 2 man job!). Beautiful result, and appreciated by residents on both sides of the fence. I am pleased to have this opportunity to provide feedback for a terrific business.

After some 4 years after being built, some 32 metres of our fence began to lean for various reasons. The fence was originally built by Amazing Fencing when the business was owned by different people. The new owners replaced all 32 metres of fence that was leaning at no cost to us. It's fantastic to see that the people at Amazing Fencing did not shirk the need to have the fence repaired and did a fantastic job for us. These are people who believe in upholding their business ideals and I will certainly be happy to recommend them. Our Body Corporate Managers were so impressed they have become their fence builder/repairer of choice. Thanks guys.

Couldn't be happier. Company confirmed a date and time a couple of days prior. Paul, is a great tradesman, arrived on time, confirmed what was required. Liaised with myself, the neighbour and home office during the day to clarify details. Fence looks fantastic, clean neat job, nothing for me to clean up, Paul very professional, skilled tradesman. Everyone I spoke to at Amazing was helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Turned up on time, but the sub contractor smashed an underground pipe which was directly in front of the down pipe & 2 gas meters (he narrowly missed my neighbours gas pipe). I did not receive the terms and conditions (only front page of quote was emailed), which apparently states the customer needs to dial before you dig, nor was I told this verbally. The sub contractor also never asked for any information from Dial Before you Dig prior to commencing work.

I had my neighbours present who saw the sub contractor start smashing his way into the ground, narrowly missing my neighbour's gas pipe and smashing our underground downpipe.

If the company require info from Dial Before You Dig as they informed me after the pipe was smashed, then why not ask for the information prior to starting any work?

Owner of this company promised a new contractor, but refused to accept that the breaking of the pipe was their fault & contribute to the repair, stating his company is too big to ring Dial Before You Dig.

I told them to collect their supplies as I did not want them doing my fencing. By the look of the reviews on True Local, I am so thankful I did!

Do you know how hard it is to get someone to quote for a fence inner city? Impossible! These were the only guys who wanted to quote and thankfully the price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Had an old fence removed on one side and replaced with 2m height on both sides. Removed all rubbish and we are really satisfied.

Our Timber fence was built quickly in a few hours and is solid and looks great. All the old palings and rubbish was removed without any problems. The customer service was very good and efficient. We are very happy with the service and our our fence!

Fence built well and looks fine but the service was terrible.
They didn't show up when they said they would (on 2 successive days) and nobody called to let me know what was going on. The weather forecast was for rain and I understand that they can't necessarily work in the rain but I was told (when I rang them) that they were watching the radar closely and would come if they could. I was told they would ring me back to let me know if they would come or not. They didn't come or call me back and it didn't rain. They didn't show the next morning either and they didn't call and it didn't rain. When they finally did show up the day after that, they were several hours late, had no paperwork so didn't know the details of the fence to be built and left early, so the fence wasn't completed as promised. When the builder turned up to finish the fence the following day, he was several hours late again and didn't bother to let me know. Overall the poor and unprofessional customer service is the thing I will remember about the company.

Timber fence along the back and both sides of our quarter acre property - from the time I made the initial enquiry, the service was outstanding. I had to contact a total of 8 fencing companies in the end, because only 3 bothered to make contact with me. Although my query was made in the busy lead up to Christmas, the quote was delivered within 2 days of having the job quoted. Also it was explained that due to the rain, it was possible that my fence may not be done before Christmas - this was also advised to me again a couple of days before the installer was due to arrive. As it happened the rain didn't hamper my fence being built. My old fence was taken away cleanly and efficiently, and after the new fence built, my section was cleaned up excellently. Since using this company, I have raved about them, and it turns out a number of people I have spoken to have used this company and experienced the same high level of service and standard of workmanship - well done Amazing Fencing - I will be recommending you for sure.
