I had my sons first birthday party at Ambers it went well, the food was good and the party went very smoothly. The play equipment needs updating in the baby area and an overall touch up. I enjoyed my experience and the staff were very helpful.
Approximate cost: $5-10
I think the setup is awful, the play area for different age groups are all over the place, I am always worried where my kids are, if they can escape or if someone will walk out with them. I have 3 kids and it's impossible to track all of their movements. All equipment is very dirty A staff member once asked me to remove my shoes in the baby area because of hygiene, what a joke.
This is a great place for your kids to play, easy viewing to your kids playing while you enjoy a coffee with friends, plenty to do for children of all ages
Approximate cost: $20
Fully air conditioned with ample under cover parking. Separate padded air for babies under 18 months. Huge toddler and pre-school play area. Generous primary school area.
This place is great...good food, great parties (we have attended a few here now), and whenever we have been less than satisfied (due to rudeness of other customers during school holidays) the manager was extremely accomodating, and we left feeling like we had had a great time, and returned with our free pass happily.
I have taken my DD here a couple of times, she has just turned one so has been in the baby section. I think it is good that there is a section for just littlies. I think it is pretty expensive - $5 once they are 12 months old and the food and drinks are expensive too. I also think the batteries should be replaced in the toys and the ride on toys in the other section should be free since you have already paid an entrance fee but they are not. Do not go here on School holidays it is crazy busy.
Great! Kids can play on a variety of toys/gyms etc in a relaxed surround (as relaxed as it can be with many kids yelling!). Great cafe for parents to have a cuppa and catch up, lunch is catered for children, if they want triangles, squares, cheese or just the sauce, it is provided at not extra charge or with attitude. A great day to catch up with friends and definately warmer than the park in winter
Approximate cost: $7.00 percild
Staff were attentive and helpful, food was tasty and they have a really good range to choose from for children and adults, there is plenty of equipment for babies through to school age children.
Wow what a licence to make money....and I am sure that's exactly whats happening! The owners of Amber's are surely making a fortune as its busy and expensive but the problem is that NONE of the takings are going back into the centre to clean the equipment or replace equipment that is falling apart. The couches for parents are disgusting and the cafe looks like a place to acquire some kind of gastro or food poisoning. This place is horrendous and I will never take my children back. It used to be great but these owners have become selfish and aren't interested in the wellbeing or health of any child they let in. They should be paying us to go there, not the other way around!
The centre is ok but it is too dirty for me to think about going back in a hurry. My daughter played there is her socks and they were black when we left. The staff left a lot to be desired as they seemed bored and I had to wait to be served to enter and then wait again at the cafe - both times there was a staff member nearby but they took their time to come over to serve.
“We booked a last minute babysitter for our Christmas party, as the sitter we had”…
