professional polite and considerate. The system is easy to use and so effective we are so warm. I love how quiet it is and having a timer makes it economical. Thank you Kay

I was completely amazed at how happy, friendly and efficient the contractors were . The whole team did a fantastic job. Although I would like to highly commend Dave and Ida . They came into our home and treated me and our home with the utmost respect . I expected there to be some dust but they left my house clean and in perfect order . Ida even swept the garage out while she was waiting for Dave to put some silicone around a vent . Amazing couple .Thank you

Beware of this company
Paid for a multi-zone reverse cycle system. We didn't receive that - we effectively have an unbalanced single zone system.
Despite our contract being with Ambience air - they try to fob off the issue to their installer (advantage air) and we are over $8000 out of pocket for an unuseable system close to christmas.

Spend your money elsewhere as the Dibbs only seem interested in the sale and not the product.

We didn't know we needed scaffolding but they should have!!!!!
Jo came and quoted for us and we organized to go ahead. Unfortunately the installer couldn't install onto our two story building with existing railing already put up. We had to get scaffolding and that company could have installed safety railing as well for a much cheaper price, than using two companies. Ambience refused to share the cost of the misquote and we are out of pocket a further $900. I just hope they didn't misquote to keep the initial price down and get the job. Other than that brilliant service and subcontractors but the extra money left a bad feeling .

We needed to replace our aging Breezeair unit so we arranged for several quotes. We were very happy with the professionalism of the team at Ambience Air - from the initial quote to the installation. Joe provided the quote - he was friendly and knowledgeable and clearly explained the different options available. The follow up installation was prompt and efficient. The installers were very pleasant to deal with and left the premises very clean - I would highly recommend them. The plumber and electrician were also quick to complete the installation. All in all the whole process was stress free. We are very happy that we made the decision to choose Ambience Air to purchase and install our new Breezeair unit.
