Bought a Samsung air conditioner for my newly built house back in 2016, the sales rep was very knowledgeable with very good customer service. He even gave me a discount which was good of him. The installation process was on time and very efficient. To this date, the aircon is still working flawlessly and the instalment was well done. Will definitely purchase from them again if I were to build. AA customer service and products.

We chose to use Ambience air because of the price and service they provided. Our house was a little older (1938) with high ceilings which I thought would be a problem but they were able to plan the evaporative system we needed including two whirly birds and an inside vent. Very happy with the service and team :)

I have not used there product. It looks like they are desperate and have no pride for the services they provide..
