Popped in to waste some time viewing the car I wanted to buy. Looked at all the new cars and then went over to the second hand cars. Met Chris Akyol who took the time to show me the differences of the three second hand cars I was considering.
It turned out he had exactly the Mazda CX30 I was looking for as a demonstrator model with only 1200 kilometers on the clock. Right colour, right model. The price was negotiated and after I bought the wife to view it we bought it.
Had to wait a few days for the car to be detailed and when we picked it up Chris spent at least an hour explaining the many electronic gadgets the car had. He was very patient with my wife and she drove out of the car yard feeling very confident.
All in all a very satisfying experience made better by a lovely salesperson. Highly recommended!

After finalising a price on 2017 MY Mazda 3 Maxx that I deal on 14 Feb and delivered 21 st feb 2018 I was taken to a lady room, she demonstrated the impressive hydrophobic ability of the fibre demo car seat to me, where she poured water from her desk
I clearly remember the water was not observed by the seat at all, was stayed there as a dew on a leaf, then I asked her so water doesn't observed by the seat, her answer was 'yes'

To prove this matter she told me to wipe off the water from the seat by my hand, after wipe there was not sign in the seat
I specially remember this because she asked me if I had small kids and told me, I wouldn't be a problem if they were urinate on the seat
That hydrophobic fibre for the car seat really impressed by and was convinced to invest $ 1400 more in the car

After two weeks I was trying to demonstrate my wife pouring water over it all the water speed into the seat. I was really shocked and disappointed as well, as I had paid large amount of money for it.
Then I wrote all my problem with her, but her answer were not satisfactory
When she assure me about the hydrophobic fibre car seat she didn't provide me any website or paper so I read and decide, I trust her verbal
I would like to know, why wasn't a brochure regarding the feature under the M1 PROTEKTIVE cover given to me immediately after I bought the car, why were the details of what is covered in the package, sent to me only after a confusion regarding the hydrophobic fibre arose?
I feel very disappointed and misguided

Been here a few times whilst looking for which car to buy. The staff here are very good - excellent service. They are always very happy and ready to answer all of my questions.

At first i had gone to Rockdale Mazda for a test drive, with an appointment made. Unfortunately the sales person made me wait 40 minutes as he was with someone else then i opted to speak with another salesperson. At the end of the day the dealership at Rockdale could not (possibly did not) find the car colour i wanted i went online and found a convenient Mazda dealership and called them. The assistant Manager had picked up my call at 4:50 and over the phone i made an order for a brand new Mazda, he was able to honour the price i had arranged with Rockdale and threw in more extras. He was polite and extremely helpful and nice. As i'm busy with work i made most of the purchase and decision over the phone and via email. I didn't meet the salesperson till the day i went to pick up my car. I was able to do everything remotely as i felt the Assistant Manager was genuine and very helpful. I would recommend the AMR Mazda dealership to all my friends and not Rockdale eventhough i had previously bought another Mazda from Rockdale.
