Exactly the same happened to me as "once bitten". I used up all my phone credit trying to get hold of her and she never returned calls. When finally she answered one day at 4.45pm she told me she was closed and to ring back! Can you believe it! I then finally got hold of her again and she cancelled by text and asked me to ring and reschedule!
Would not go back & now need to pay someone else to fix my hair. I had the dip-dye/balayage look and staff asked me if I wanted to keep it, to which I replied yes & showed her a photo of what I wanted it to look like. I had a voucher for half a head of foils, and asked for the middle section to be worked on. For some reason she gave me negative attitude straight away and said that is not how she did dip-dye (even though no other hairdresser I have been to has had an issue with using foils). Due to her attitude, she did not listen at all to what I asked for, clearly didn't look at the photo and put more than 3/4 of foils in my hair, resulting in bleached ends, a coppery middle and only an inch or so of my natural brown at the top - turning my fashionable dip-dye look into looking like a tatty bleached blonde who had not been to the hairdressers for months to get her re-growth done.
Used this salon when I bought a deal on line and found a gem. Great service, Amy is so friendly and gave advice on products, styling etc. My hair looks and feels great and I can do it myself at home with Amy's helpful tips. Will definitely be a returning customer
