Meetings are setup to allow people to introduce themselves in large but manageable groups. Breakfasts are lovely and the overall atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The emphasis on relationships over contacts makes it a truly warm environment, and the networking focus means that people move fluidly between groups and you can easily engage with more than half a dozen people. I have been in touch with several people I met there, and several have become friends in addition to potential colleagues in business.
