Andrews always make our airport commute so much easier with great staff, hassle free drop off and pick up at the terminal with the added bonus of under cover packing for the car why would we go anywhere else...

Terrible service, have been using them for 10'years and service in past 18 months has gone from bad to worse - 30 minute for van to pick you up, car flooded on return and management states maybe someone had a wet shoe?? Really!! $250 detail to get rid of rotting smell and Andrews couldn't care less. Mirrors, seats, radio etc etc adjusted - what exactly are they doing with our cars while we are away?? Plenty of other options I strongly recommend you don't use Andrews!!

Used Andrews airport parking from 29th December 2016 to 23rd January 2016. Brand new car which had 1 very small (minute) mark on it. Paid for it to be cleaned. Drop off and pick up were simple but thats where the good ended. Picked up our new car and found a chip out of the paintwork on the passengers side, immediately alerted them to this, they took photos and apologized and said they would get back to us in a couple of days. Now this was not a big chip out of the paint work and while we were not happy its not going to alter the appearance of the car in a major way and it certainly does not stand out but we were disappointed that something we had saved for years for had been damaged. They contacted us today to let us know that they had reviewed their CCTV footage and found the chip was already there.....what the???????? That would have to be the best CCTV cameras in use in the world to be able to pick that one up. They have plain and simply lied. Also paid for a clean on my car and when picked up was dirty with cobwebs all over the roof rack......they did graciously wipe the cob webs off so that's a bonus. Will never use again and will certainly never recommend them to anyone else.

I've used this service twice, second time was with a new car, arrived with no scratches and I didn't notice until I was home that the car now has scratches, they claim the scratches were there when I dropped the car off. I knew I should have taken photos of the car before leaving it in their careless hands.

Secondly, they used some type of polish that you should not use on a surface that requires grip, such as a side step, I almost lost my footing while taking my daughter out of her car seat.

The best they would offer me is a free car wash, as if I'll either take any car back to them.

Lesson learnt if you ever use a service like this take photos before leaving your car in their hands.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. My car sustained substantial panel damage during a very short stay at AAP Melbourne. They claimed no liability and could not have been more difficult to deal with - a complete nightmare!!!

We have used Andrews' service for a number of years and have always found them courteous, helpful and efficient. The wait for the shuttle to and from the airport has never been very long and the drivers are always pleasant and ready to assist with baggage.

Have used andrews parking a few times now great service fair prices honest and they do look after your car get you to the airport on time and pick up when you return

Worst experience ever, would definitely not recommend. My car has been undrivable for over a month. They don't return phone calls, they seem to have little idea of what customer service really means. My advice is to avoid at all costs.

I have been using Andrews for at least 10 years and at all time have found the service to be outstanding, fast and efficient. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I have used this service at least 8 times and it is great. Much cheaper than the airport. Sometimes have to wait awhile for shuttle to take you to the airport so go a little earlier. Staff very friendly
