We have used Andrew's about five times and have had no problems apart from noticing a small dent on our front number plate after our last visit but it can't be proved. The shuttlebus driver's are always helpful and courteous, helping you with your bags and don't mind a friendly chat to and from the airport. The service they provide is seamless, professional and prompt, I would recommend them to anyone. They also offer very competitive prices.

We have used these guys a couple of times when taking week long holidays and have had no problem. It was so easy to drop the car off in a secure park and get driven and dropped off right in front of our terminal. Same on the way home, just had to call them and they would come and pick us up, load up our luggage and the car was waiting ready to go when we got back. Price wise? Yes, it is expensive even comparable to airport parking but it is just so much easier being dropped right out the front of the airport and not having to worry about the car when on holidays.

Had nothing but a bad experience, Shuttle bus was late over an hour late, we stood in the cold waiting, we barely made our flight. Return trip was no better , first they couldnt locate our car then when we asked why it hadnt been washed as we paid for that we were told were to go as it was been raining. never again

Andrew's is the number one choice for parking when you fly. Very affordable and different levels of 'care for your car' available. Everything from parking in an open air space to secure, indoor parking AND car detailing. Free airport shuttle is a wonderful idea too. Their rates are competitive and staff friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Always use these guys when we go away for short or long term trips. The service is pretty good, drop the car off in a secure park, jump on the next bus to the airport. When you arrive back home, ring them up and get your spot on the next available bus back to the depot to pick up your car.

If your car needs a wash or a service, just pay the extra price and they will take care of it whilst they have it.

It was really lovely and everybody was quite nice making this an overall enjoyable experience. My car was returned safely and the price was reasonable, me and my family were pleased and will definitely be returning for future car-sitting.

My husband has used Andrew's parking services on several occasions when he's had interstate trips. Their ability to pick up from the airport 24 hours a day and 7 days a week is a decided advantage since flights at short notice are usually the ones with the awful time slots.

He's had no problems with Andrew's Parking - their blue vans are always a welcome sight when you're tired and only once was he waiting a little longer than usual.

Andrew's also offer a car washing and detailing service and this was a great advantage for the family as his car came back looking and smelling much better - an outside wash and inside clean for around $27.00.

This is much the better option than trying to get public transport (too slow) taxis (too expensive) or relatives (unreliable, stroppy and expect same favour in return).

Well located with some fast-food joints nearby - definitely tastes better after aeroplane food.

We were on our way to Queensland, so booked the car in here for a few nights. We had booked to leave the car not under cover, but when we dropped it off, we changed our minds as it was very stormy weather. The staff agreed that was a good idea to move the car to undercover, and was done so without any problems. Shuttle bus was ready waiting for us and it was a nice drive to the airport. Staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Parking here was an easy process. Booked online the day before, drove in and was on the shuttle within 5 mins. Pickup from the airport was also very quick. No complaints. Paid about $100 for 10 days - worth it for the convenience. Cheaper than return taxi fares, much easier than PT/city shuttles depending on where you're travelling from.
