Andy is one of the reasons you feel thankful to live in a place like Ballarat. Not only is he trustworthy, polite, kind, and all the rest you’d expect of a decent person, he also happens to be an excellent plumber. When my solar/gas backup hot water system broke, instead of recommending a costly (and easy) replacement, Andy got brainstorming, and together we devised a simple by-pass to continue using what we had. We tapped off the solar and went straight into the gas. This creative solution was probably a bit more work for Andy, but he knew it would save us a lot of money, so was happy to help. Best news is our hot water is better than ever now! Thanks Andy!

It was so important for me to find someone reliable and trustworthy to do my invest property bathroom repairs - as I live interstate - and Andy was just that! He got the work done in such a professional manner, always updating me, was able to complete it quickly and at a much more reasonable cost than I was being quoted elsewhere. Nice to have someone you can trust! Also no part of the job was too hard - it involved a few things that would normally be out of a plumbers scope - including some tiling and installation of a wall panelling - and Andy was able to do it all Menai g I didn’t have to bring in multiple trades and he was able to see the whole project through. Would recommend every time!

Andy's work is great quality at a great price, he helped us with our bathroom renovation and side projects. All work was performed meticulously.

Andy came promptly to look at, and immediately diagnosed, the problems surrounding the plumbing of my washing machine, my leaking taps and my shower that lacked pressure. He swiftly repaired them all, and the following day I had the best shower I have had since moving into my house! Andy's work cannot be faulted. He is the best plumber by far that I have ever had and I will undoubtedly call him in the future when I need work done. I am most grateful.

Andy replied immediately to my phone call, he was on time, the work was of excellent quality and he cleaned the site afterwards. What more could you ask for !!! He replaced our old rusted hot water service.

Andy replaced the drainage in our front yard and did a fantastic job, we couldn't recommend him highly enough! His response time to our enquiry was super fast, he got to the job within days (it wasn't urgent so we were really impressed with this) and he knuckled down and got it done in very good time on the day.
