We purchased a sleepeeze mattress in 2010. After just 3 months complained about sleeping in hollows with a ridge down the centre of the bed. The sales rep finally attended our newly built home 3 months later, only to tell me that there would be nothing done about it. Guarantee is for 10 years and this is not even half way through the first year :( again just 8 weeks ago ( may2013) I complained again this time to be told it is fair wear and tear. No return calls or response to emails. I have now been left with no other option but to take it to consumer protection. NEVER again will I be purchasing a sleepeezee mattress. Some companies stand behind the products they sell ...... This is not one of them. And to add, the prices are not cheaper than the better more well known brands !!!!

We purchased our Chiro Osteo Latex Plush mattress in May 2010 from Beds Plus costing $2600. Within 12-18mths we were having problems with indentations where it felt we had our backsides in puddles and it just got worse. Due to it being a pillow top you can't flip it over but only rotate 180 degrees. We had moved within that time so we had trouble finding our receipt but did so in Jan 2012 and finally after waiting 6 weeks of waiting for Sleepeezee to make contact, we had to call them a few times to remind them. A "specialist inspector" came to look at our mattress. Inspector was rude and abrupt to both my husband and myself! inspector said that there was no way that the indents were 35mm deep, but inspector never measured them, then proceeded to tell us that the foams are no longer of good quality these days due to the CFC banned in late '80s and you can't expect mattresses to last any more than 10 yrs these days! Our last mattress purchased in 2000 cost us $2000, good value at $200/yr. Inspector then looked very carefully for a mark on the mattress to make the warranty null & void. Found one approx size of old 1c piece in bottom corner, I always had used the mattress protector cover purchased at the same time as mattress. You could barely see the mark. The base however was noisy due to castor pins being stripped for some reason so as inspector raced out the door and said that we would get $300 credit. We never rec'd any letter of outcome but we weren't even going to bother again! Incidentally Beds plus doesn't sell that bed anymore. So buyer beware, think twice about buying a Sleepeezzee bed!
